Tarra

Tarra joined us in August, as a pregnant dog and gave birth to five very beautiful puppies.  She was a very dedicated mama, and now that the puppies are weened and mostly adopted, our whelper wizard Shannon is getting her ready for her new life.   She will likely be interested in a moderate exercise family, and is good around other dogs, cats and kids.  She does need to learn some leash training.   She gets excited easily so would need to be watched around small children, not be because she would intentionally hurt them, but they could incidentally get knocked over.  She will not be ready for adoption until early November.  But please reach out to find out more about her.  We would consider a foster to adopt in particular circumstances.  In addition to her spay, there are a few medical procedures for her teeth and eyes that we will be responsible for.
