At Snow Dog Rescue Society, we are devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs from Nunavut’s northern communities

connecting them with loving families across British Columbia.
What began as one woman’s personal mission has grown into a registered nonprofit dedicated to compassion, consent, and community collaboration.

We work with Inuit dog owners who choose to surrender their animals, ensuring each dog’s transition is handled with respect, safety, and care. Our goal is not only to find new homes, but to strengthen the bond between the North and South through mutual understanding and kindness.
