Meet Sparky a three year old, Waiting for her forever home! Sparky is a cuddle Monster! She has been in her foster home ( a boarding facility) In Yellowknife since March 2024 and would REALLY like to find a BC foster or adoptive home where she can be warm and cozy and enjoy cuddles and snuggles.

Sparky is very affectionate with people- she loves to snuggle. She loves water and to play with her doggy friends too. Sparky knows basic commands such as sit, shake a paw. Sparky originally came from the community of Gameti, NT. Sparky has lived with young children in her previous home but she was chained outside. She is strong and energetic so would be best suited for a home without small children that could be knocked down.

Sparky is reactive with female dogs and small breed dogs but good with male dogs (especially dominant males). Because of this Sparky would be best in a home without a strong owner that has experience with dogs. Sparky has not met cats before and would do best in a home without kitty’s.

Sparky loves her toys, her cuddles and her love of snuggling will melt your heart. Sparky is a pittbull husky mix with a very short coat. She has the cutest floppy ears.
