We took responsibility over Mipsy from the NWT SPCA and she is currently in foster care as a Snow Dog in Richmond BC. Mipsy came from an abusive situation and had an embedded harness, but she is recovering well, and is showing signs that she has not carried her trauma. She is very loving and playful.
