Mipsy is a dog we are interested to take responsibility for as she is in the care of the NWT SPCA.   They receive a lot of dogs, and so we are trying to help make more space for other rescues.   Mipsy came from an abusive situation and had an embedded harness, but she is recovering well, and is showing signs that she has not carried her trauma. She is very loving and playful.  Please reach out with questions.  We would love to support the SPCA by bringing her into our care, and bringing her to BC. We do need a foster confirmed to allow us to do that.
