Hudson is a fun-loving, confident little guy with a big personality! He is the busiest of the group and loves to play, wrestle, and keep the fun going. His favourite playmate is Hampton, and the two of them can often be found tumbling, chasing, and wrestling long after everyone else is ready for a nap.

Despite his playful energy, Hudson is also incredibly affectionate. He loves people, enjoys being picked up, and is always happy to be included. He is very curious about the bigger dogs in his foster home and is not intimidated by their size at all. He happily approaches them and enjoys interacting with them.

Hudson loves toys, little stuffies, and balls. Like most puppies his age, he is still learning what is appropriate to chew and will need gentle redirection when he gets curious about things that are not his toys.

Puppy Life & Training:
Hudson is doing wonderfully with potty training for his age. When taken outside promptly, especially right after waking up from a nap, he will reliably pee and poop outside. He is still learning to communicate when he needs to go, so a consistent routine will help him continue building good habits.

He is learning leash skills and puppy manners, although his main focus so far has been recovering, growing, and enjoying puppyhood after arriving very sick. He travels well in the car, especially after getting a chance to play and go potty beforehand.

Hudson currently sleeps in a crate with his siblings and does well with the routine. He sees the crate as a safe sleeping space and will often walk over with a toy when he is tired and ready for bed.

He has been around children and large dogs and is a happy, social puppy who loves attention. Hudson would thrive with a family who enjoys an energetic, playful puppy who also loves affection and cuddles.
