Foster to Adoption Contract

Prior to completing the Foster to Adoption Contract you must have been approved for one of our Snow Dogs.

Once the contract has been submitted, you will receive a PDF of the application along with the dogs vet records, any medications (if relevant). You will get a two week trial to consider adoption, and a 50% refundable deposit will be required. If you choose to adopt, the remainder of the adoption fee will need to be paid.
