Ajax

Ajax is a high-energy, super social, and incredibly friendly boy with a big goofy personality. He loves playing tug, romping around the house, and making everyone laugh. Ajax truly adores people and other dogs — he thrives on connection and being part of the action.

He loves the outdoors and would happily spend his days running and exploring, especially in a safely enclosed space where he can run free. He’s very smart and eager to learn, but he does need some continued work on his heel and loose-leash walking skills. Because he can be quick to bolt, secure spaces and attentive handling are important.

Ajax does experience separation anxiety and doesn’t do well when left alone for long periods. He bonds deeply with his people and does best in a home where someone is around often.

His ideal foster home would be with someone who is confident, consistent, and sets healthy boundaries. He needs a patient person who has the time and dedication to continue his training — especially with calm walking — while also giving him plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection. Ajax will thrive with structure, love, and lots of outdoor adventures.

With the right guidance and commitment, Ajax is ready to be an amazing companion.
